Oceana Public Library’s Story Hour Program for preschool children is underway. Activities are conducted for an hour, including stories and games, each Wednesday morning from 11 a.m. until noon. This free, fun program is for three- and four-year-old children, (two-year-olds, if they will sit and listen) and includes read aloud story books, silly songs, games, puppet shows, crafts, parties, and other activities.
